For guild members. Assumes regear is already configured by your leadership. If it isn't yet, see How to Configure Automated Regear. Admins: feel free to share this guide with your members.

What It Is

Died in PvP/ZvZ and lost your gear? Request reimbursement with /regear-request in your guild's Discord. There are 3 ways to prove the death:

  • Recent death: automatic, no link needed
  • Killboard link: manual
  • Screenshot: manual, no fight data

/link in your guild's Discord, follow the bot's instructions.

Required to use "Recent death". Without a linked character, the bot blocks the request and asks you to run /link.

Step 1: Run the Command

/regear-request

The origem field (name stays as-is regardless of language) asks you to pick between: Recent death, Killboard link, Screenshot.

Method 1: Recent Death

  1. /regear-request, origem Recent death
  2. Confirm without filling in link or screenshot
  3. Bot fetches your last 3 deaths from the Albion API, shows a card with: killer, guilds, date, item power, fame lost, full equipment
  4. Click "Request Regear" on the correct death
  5. Bot validates it and opens build selection right away (Step 2)

No recent deaths or no linked character: bot tells you to run /link.

  1. Open albiononlinebot.com.br/killboard
  2. Search for the character's name
  3. Find the correct death (check date, items, opponent)
  4. Copy the link from the death detail page
  5. /regear-request, origem Killboard link, paste link into link_killboard
  6. Bot converts it to the official format and validates it against the API
  7. Valid: moves to Step 2. Invalid: bot shows an error, try again

Method 3: Screenshot

Use this only when there's no killboard record (bug, disconnect, out-of-combat loss). No automatic data here, the image is the only proof, so make it count.

  1. Take a clear screenshot of the lost equipment
  2. /regear-request, origem Screenshot, attach the image in screenshot
  3. Confirm, goes straight to Step 2 (no killboard validation)

Step 2: Choosing the Build

Bot shows a menu with the guild's registered builds (ZvZ, GvG, Crystal League, Hellgate, Dungeons, Solo PvP, Farm). Pick the closest match to your lost gear, navigate pages if needed, confirm.

Step 3: Tracking Status

Stays PENDING until an admin reviews it. You get a DM notification on every status change.

/regear status # your current requests
/regear history # full history (approved/rejected/cancelled)

Which Method Should You Use?

MethodWhen to use
Recent deathDeath just happened, character already linked (fastest)
Killboard linkOlder death or not showing up in the automatic search
ScreenshotNo killboard record (last resort)

All three end the same way: pick a build, then admin review.
